Night Auditor

Night Auditor Responsible for maintaining guest standards overnight and ensuring the property’s safety and security. Responsibilities Completing front desk duties including check‑ins/check‑outs, room scheduling, room moves, late check‑outs, stay‑overs, providing welcome beverage and barista services as needed. Completing group pre‑registrations, blocking room reservations and pre‑registering VIPs. Maintaining knowledge of current hotel rates, sales strategies, special rates and room availability. Balancing paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards and submitting batches. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office. Possession of a valid food handlers card and alcohol service card (can be acquired after hire). Ability to effectively interact with all hotel guests and team members politely and positively. Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems.
