Spanish Recruiting & Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and people-oriented Recruiting & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Fairfield, CT. This position combines recruiting, administrative responsibilities, and payroll support and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and identify qualified candidates for a variety of open positions
• Make outbound recruiting calls and follow up with prospective candidates
• Review resumes and applications and conduct candidate screenings
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Assist candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
• Communicate with candidates and employees in both Spanish and English
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related administrative tasks
• Review timesheets and help ensure employee hours are submitted accurately
• Maintain employee and candidate records and update internal systems
• Complete general administrative duties including data entry, filing, paperwork, email correspondence, and document preparation
• Provide additional recruiting, payroll, and office support as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound recruiting calls and speaking with candidates throughout the day
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, payroll, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Professional, dependable, and willing to learn
