We are offering a $500 retention bonus after 90 days of employment.

REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt



 
About the role

Responsible for managing the team involved in production processes. 



 

• This is a temp to perm position, with 30-day probationary period. 
• Pay is weekly and OT is available 

Responsibilities 

· Lead/Train line staff/production line.
· Prepares/closes shippers/prepare reports.
· Keeps a solid flow of labels to the team.
· Leads 5S standards with down time.
· Works with team members on following safety and company policies.

Essential Skills

· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Two years related experience or equivalent.
· Leadership experience.
· Proficient in MS Office.

Preferred Skills

· Forklift experience preferred.
· Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
· Strong communications skills.

Required to do a 30-day probationary period.
