CNC Mill Machinist - Day Shift

APPLY HERE : Job Title : CNC Mills Machinist Status : Non-exempt (hourly) Pay : $28/hr.+ DOE, plus monthly bonus program is paid when company-wide monthly sales goal is reached (full-time). Required Qualifications This job typically requires 6 months – 1 year experience operating CNC Vertical Mills or Horizontal Cell, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and a basic knowledge of machining. This job requires the use of precision measuring tools, 500# hoist and automatic drills or screwdrivers. Required Personal Skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with others Excellent work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read and write in English is required. Essential Job Functions Run CNC mills or assigned machining cells by loading raw material, changing out parts, and following setup sheets and work instructions. Inspect first‑article parts using appropriate measurement tools and submit to Quality Control when required. Machine parts to blueprint specifications, verifying dimensions and tolerances throughout the run to ensure accuracy and consistency. Perform secondary operations such as tapping, deburring, cleaning, and part finishing as needed. Carry out additional machining or production tasks as assigned to support workflow and production goals.
