Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with individualized physical therapy plans of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members across assigned care settings
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility standards
• Maintain a valid state-issued photo ID and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
• Ability to fulfill a 17-week contract commitment
• Minimum 35-hour weekly guarantee availability

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple care settings simultaneously
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
