Outside Sales Representative — Managed Print Services DEX Imaging | Greensboro, Winston-Salem, NC (Field-Based) Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission | Benefits About DEX Imaging DEX Imaging is the nation's largest independent dealer of office imaging equipment and managed print services. We're expanding our footprint across the Triangle, and we're looking for a driven sales professional to own the Raleigh‑Durham‑Chapel Hill territory. The Opportunity This is a hunter‑style outside sales role focused on growing market share across the Triangle. You'll prospect, build, and close new business across high‑value verticals — automotive dealerships, K-12 and higher education, healthcare practices, real estate, professional services, and multi-location operations. You won't just be selling copiers. You'll be solving real business problems: hidden print costs, unmanaged fleets, security and compliance gaps (HIPAA, FERPA), and outdated equipment that drains IT bandwidth. Prospect and develop new business through cold outreach, in‑person canvassing, networking, and referral partnerships across the Triangle. Conduct print environment assessments using DCA (Data Collection Agent) tools and MIB data to uncover cost‑saving and right‑sizing opportunities. Build consultative proposals that align equipment, service, and managed print programs to each client's workflow and budget. Manage the full sales cycle — from first touch to close to onboarding — and partner with our service and operations teams to ensure flawless implementation. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in the CRM, and contribute to a high‑performance team culture. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging document technologies. What We're Looking For Required No prior sales experience required — we provide award‑winning training and mentorship to set you up for success. Strong communication, listening, and relationship‑building skills. Comfort with prospecting — cold calls, walk‑ins, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events. Ability to translate customer needs into business solutions. Local knowledge of the Raleigh‑Durham‑Chapel Hill market is a plus. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the territory. You’ll thrive here if you are Self‑motivated and competitive — you set your own pace.
