Your future role at a glance Location: Austin, TX | Partially Remote Facility: Seton Family of Hospitals Department/Specialty: Revenue Cycle Management Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Salary: $79,344.61 - $107,349.09 annually How you'll make an impact in this role Operational Leadership: Orchestrate daily billing, collections, and counseling operations while aligning departmental goals with the organization’s high‑level strategic vision. Talent Management: Spearhead full‑cycle staffing initiatives—including hiring, orientation, and performance evaluations—while fostering professional growth through targeted continuing education. Strategic Policy Development: Drive organizational excellence by designing and implementing robust policies, procedures, and standards that enhance operational efficiency. Financial & Compliance Oversight: Expertly manage departmental budgets, vendor contracts, and regulatory compliance to ensure fiscal responsibility and institutional integrity. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required. What additional requirements you'll need 3 Years Revenue Cycle Leadership Experience 5 Years Revenue Cycle Experience in Professional Coding and Billing Coding Proficiency Compliance Knowledge Strong Communication Skills CPC or CCS Certified Travel onsite to conduct team rounding and meetings is a requirement for this role.
