The Customer Service Representative/Order Processor is a TEMPORARY POSITION responsible for managing high volume and customized order processing while providing exceptional customer support. This role focuses on efficient order handling, inventory management, and addressing customer inquiries through multiple communication channels. Operating within a customer service team, the employee will collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume and customized orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide phone, email, live chat, and in-person customer support
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly
• Manage data entry related to orders and inventory
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain detailed records and update customer relationship management systems

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Experience with order management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail
• Customer relationship management expertise
• AS400 and M3 system experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Shipping and receiving experience a plus
