Service Manager Gill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram GMC Drive Performance. Lead a Winning Team. Gill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram GMC is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive leader who is passionate about customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. Compensation $7,000 to $15,000+ per month Performance-based compensation with earnings determined by departmental results, leadership effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of a high-volume service department
Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
Monitor workflow, productivity, and repair quality
Ensure exceptional customer service and retention
Achieve departmental sales, gross profit, and CSI goals
Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
Collaborate with parts and sales departments to maximize dealership performance

Qualifications

Previous automotive service management experience preferred
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of dealership service operations and repair processes
Ability to analyze reports and drive performance improvements
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
