Interventional Cardiology Opportunity - Cooperstown, NY Albany 75m Position Details

• Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join the practice.
• Cooperstown, NY, within an integrated health system delivering care across an 8-county region
• Faculty practice of 15 cardiologists, 2 cardiac surgeons and 18 advanced practice clinicians
• Active coronary interventional program, plus busy EP, structural and open heart programs
• Cath lab with STEMI and structural program, including TAVR, left atrial appendage closure and PFO closure
• Role includes diagnostic catheterization, coronary interventions and an outpatient clinical practice
• Interest in TEE, coronary CT and PERT interventions welcomed
• Interventional call 1 in 3 weeknights and 1 in 4 weekends
• Teaching program with 2 new cardiology fellows each year and an academic medical school affiliation
• Medical and rural surgery residency programs
• Epic EHR
• Leadership opportunities for qualified candidates, including a potential division chief role

• Salary range: $615,000 to $700,000
• Incentive plan with no earnings cap

Requirements
• MD, DO or MBBS
• BC/BE in ABIM Cardiovascular Disease
• Completion of an accredited US cardiovascular disease fellowship
• New York State license, or eligibility to obtain one
• BLS certification and DEA
