Responsibilities:As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations. This includes managing our team of fun and energetic staff members, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving sales and profitability.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example and fostering a positive and fun work environment for our team members
- Setting goals and holding staff accountable for delivering exceptional service
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Prior experience in restaurant management
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
