Seeking candidates with a strong passion for the NICU who are interested in consideration of future RN position in the NICU after graduating in August of 2027.

We are only considering August 2027 grads to be in the intern position for a year.

May 2027 grads can search/apply for RN opportunities in the NICU in January 2027.

The NICU nurse intern position requires working three 8 hour shifts in a 2 week pay period. Can be flexible on shift times, but must be able to commit to the schedule while in school.

Targeting start date of September 14, 2026. Required to attend New Team Member Welcome day on that date from 8:30AM-3:00PM. If you have class or clinical on that date you'll need to make alternate arrangements with your school faculty.

Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, performs nursing tasks for which he/she has been trained and has demonstrated competency through a skills checklist.

Senior level status in accredited nursing program with anticipated graduation within one year of hire is required.

Ability to communicate and understand detailed instructions relating to basic patient care and transport. Must be able to work and stand for long periods, as well as lift and position patients weighing up to 75 pounds.
