JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Our client is looking for dynamic and driven Financial Center Managers to join a growing and vibrant team in NH!
• This is more than just a role - it is a chance to lead, inspire, and make a real impact.
• As an FCM, you will take the helm of our Financial Center, steering both our team and our clients toward success

• You will be responsible for energizing and coaching a team of talented staff, while also fostering meaningful relationships with clients and prospects.
• Your mission...To spark growth by generating new business, nurturing and expanding existing consumer and business relationships, and creating seamless connections with partner business lines to unlock further opportunities.

Education and experience :

• Preferred : A bachelor's degree; required : High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5+ years' banking experience
• 5-7+ years' of success in sales and service management, with a proven record of accomplishment of exceeding goals and upselling products and services.
• Skills : A client-focused mindset, knack for uncovering needs, and the ability to build and expand client relationships with confidence and care.
