Senior Finance AI & Transformation Analyst

\n \nWe're partnering with a high-growth global organization seeking a Senior Finance AI & Transformation Analyst to help modernize Finance operations through AI, automation, and process transformation.
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n- \n
- Identify inefficiencies across Finance and design scalable solutions using AI and automation. \n
- Build and prototype AI-enabled workflows, automations, and agentic solutions. \n
- Lead transformation initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact. \n
- Partner with Finance, Data, Engineering, and Leadership teams to deliver process improvements and operational excellence. \n
- Develop business cases, executive presentations, and change management strategies to drive adoption. \n
What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- 5-8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or Consulting . \n
- Hands-on experience implementing AI, automation, low-code, or workflow solutions in a business environment. \n
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives. \n
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable technology-enabled solutions. \n
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership. \n

- Big 4 Advisory (Finance Transformation / CFO Advisory) \n
- Finance Systems Analyst or Manager \n
- Digital Transformation Consultant \n
- Business Process Improvement Lead \n
- ERP or Finance Systems Implementation Consultant \n
Preferred Experience
\n- \n
- Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, or broader Finance Operations exposure. \n
- Finance systems and ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar. \n
- Experience within fintech, financial services, regulated industries, or other complex environments. \n
What This Role Is Not
\nThis is not a traditional Accounting or FP&A role, and it's not a software engineering position. The ideal candidate sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology, AI, and Transformation , with a passion for improving how work gets done.
