This role sits at the center of strategy and execution — translating Product Manager-defined roadmaps into sprint-level delivery while mentoring and developing Product Leads. The Product Owner is accountable for end-to-end process delivery across multiple concurrent engagements, manages day-to-day relationships with business and technology partners, and ensures every sprint delivers measurable, high-quality outcomes aligned to CRM strategy.Product Strategy & RoadmapUnderstand and execute against the defined CRM product strategySupport roadmap development with analysis and sizing inputsMaintain the sprint-level roadmap and ensure alignment to the broader domain strategyPrioritize backlog items within approved guardrails and strategic directionBacklog Management & RequirementsOwn and maintain a healthy, well-prioritized product backlogWrite detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for all featuresPartner with Product Leads to author and refine stories ahead of sprint planningEnsure backlog items clearly reflect business needs, technical constraints, and compliance requirementsDelivery AccountabilityServe as accountable owner for sprint-level delivery outcomes and qualityOwn end-to-end process delivery for multiple concurrent product engagementsManage risks, issues, and dependencies across active delivery tracksProduce sprint and delivery-level reporting, metrics, and insights for stakeholdersStakeholder & Partner ManagementManage day-to-day relationships with business and technology partnersServe as the primary point of contact for requirement clarifications and delivery updatesPartner with operational SMEs to ensure solutions meet real-world business needsCoordinate UAT activities, training, and change adoption across impacted teamsData, Platform & Compliance StandardsEnforce data and platform standards within sprint deliveryAnalyze data quality gaps and surface findings to the appropriate stakeholdersEmbed risk controls and compliance requirements into user stories and acceptance criteriaEnsure delivery adheres to enterprise architecture and governance standardsPeople & Team LeadershipMentor and coach Product Leads in requirements writing, backlog hygiene, and delivery executionProvide technical and process guidance to support Product Lead growthFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and learning within the teamRequirements5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, delivery management, or a related product/technology roleBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent professional experienceDemonstrated experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience requiredProven track record of owning and delivering against a product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environmentExperience managing stakeholder relationships across business and technology teamsStrong requirements writing skills — ability to produce clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteriaWorking knowledge of data structures, platform integrations, and system architecture conceptsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret delivery metrics and recommend process improvementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust for technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple priorities and concurrent engagements in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with risk, controls, and compliance requirements in a regulated banking or financial services environmentNice to HaveExperience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including data model familiarity with person accounts, financial accounts, and household structuresUnderstanding of FSC features such as Action Plans, Referrals, and Relationship Groups as they apply to banking workflowsPrior experience in a financial services firm — banking, wealth management, capital markets, or insuranceFamiliarity with financial services regulatory requirements and how they translate into product and data controls (e.g., BSA/AML, KYC, Reg E)Experience delivering CRM features in support of relationship banking, commercial lending, treasury, or wealth management business linesExposure to Salesforce platform governance — permission sets, profiles, data access, and deployment pipelines (sandboxes, change sets, or CI/CD)Experience coaching or mentoring junior product team members (Product Leads, BAs, or Analysts)Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business AnalystThe duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
