Schedule

8-hour days only. No weekends or on-call shifts required.

Assignment Details

Typically 5 visits per day, may visit up to 6 patients. Guaranteed hours with a potential for one shift to be canceled per pay period.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health RN experience required.
• Oregon RN license required.
• BCLS/BLS certification required.
• Oasis experience required.
• First-time travel RNs accepted.
• References: 2 required covering 1 year within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a home health setting.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies.
• Perform wound care and manage stomas and G-tubes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and medications.
• Document patient progress and changes in condition.

Compliance / Notes

Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays. Confirm any time-off restrictions with the hiring manager.
