We’re hiring an In-Person, High-performing Acquisitions Manager - to work directly with motivated sellers, structure deals, and close consistently.

This is a performance-driven role with strong inbound lead flow, clear expectations, and significant earning potential for those who execute.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work hot inbound leads daily + build pipeline through consistent follow-up.
• Speak with motivated sellers and uncover real situations
• Structure win-win deals (cash, novations, creative finance)
• Lock up contracts with urgency and confidence
• Collaborate with the dispositions team to get deals sold
• Manage pipeline, track activity, and hit performance KPIs
• Close In-Person Appointments from your pipeline and from our Associate Acquisitions Team.

This role requires consistent seller facing interactions, follow-up, strong communication, and daily execution.

Compensation

Performance-Based (No Cap)

• Average deal: ~$20,000
• Typical earnings: $3K–$5K per deal

Expected Performance:

• 3–6 deals/month → $8K–$15K/month *MINIMUM*
• Year 1: $100K–$200K
• Year 2-3 Top performers: $200K+/year = 6-10 deals per month

Requirements

• 2+ years of Real Estate Acquisitions Experience. Preferably in-home/hybrid.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable
• Willing and excited to jump at an after-hours motivated lead that just hit the pipeline.
• Ability to manage pipeline and follow up consistently

Experience

• MUST HAVE at least 2-years of Real Estate Acquisitions experience, preferably in-home or hybrid.

This role is for an already or previously producing acquisitions manager who is looking for a new opportunity.
