B2B Collections / Finance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused B2B Collections & Finance Specialist to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ supporting Canon accounts. In this role, you will play a key part in managing corporate client accounts, handling heavy outbound communications, and performing cash application duties while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Hybrid (In-office Wednesdays & Thursdays; WFH Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays) Training Note: The initial 30 days of employment will require full-time, in-office attendance in Mount Laurel for training purposes.  

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Client Outreach: Perform heavy outbound B2B collection calls and manage ongoing communications with corporate customers.
• Account Management: Oversee commercial leasing accounts, resolving payment inquiries and maintaining strong account health.
• Financial Operations: Handle accounting tasks, including cash application and account reconciliations.
• Customer Service: Maintain positive, professional relationships with key client contacts during all payment and collection interactions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to track account status, organize collection records, and prepare routine updates.
