Claims Supervisor

Overseeing the daily operations of the claims department, the full-time remote Claims Supervisor will provide technical and leadership support, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive process improvements for efficient claims management. Key responsibilities Manage claims inventory to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements Prioritize daily work volumes and oversee operational costs through effective reporting and load balancing Serve as a point of escalation for complex claims, assisting in their investigation, adjustment, and resolution Required qualifications Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in the health insurance industry, claims processing, or related office services Previous supervisory or leadership experience with defined outcomes Experience with Medicaid, Marketplace, and/or Medicare preferred Completion of Centene's progressive claims training programs and ramp period
