Residential HVAC Technician - EXPERIENCED
Full-Time Locations: State College , Lewistown , Williamsport , Lock Haven , and Philipsburg locations Pay Range: Based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, Weekend Availability, On-Call Rotation Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Join a Trusted Local Team with Over 60 Years of Service Nittany Energy is a family-owned company that has proudly served Pennsylvania communities for more than six decades. We are expanding our HVAC team and seeking qualified Residential HVAC Technicians and Installers to support our growing customer base. If you are skilled, dependable, and want to work for a company that values your expertise, we want to hear from you. Position Requirements (Must-Have)
• Valid PA Driver's License
• EPA 608 Certification
• A2L Certification
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or GED required
• HVAC 2 years experience (Preferred)
• Technical training or HVAC trade school (Preferred)
• Working knowledge of boiler systems (A plus) Key Responsibilities
• Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; recommend and perform repairs
• Conduct routine system maintenance to ensure peak performance
• Accurately document completed work and materials used
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• Maintain company vehicle and tools in clean, working condition
• Ensure job sites, vehicles, and company property are clean, safe, and organized
• Hand tools needed to perform normal job functions

- Participate in rotating on-call schedule and occasional weekend work
