Business Operations Analyst 4

The group you’ll be a part of Join our corporate functions business operations team, where you will drive effective and efficient processes and tools to ensure consistent and predictable business results. The impact you’ll make Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst 4, where you’ll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you will expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes and identify root causes with data‑driven indicators for future improvements. Through oversight of cross‑functional efforts, you will communicate team progress and assess best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam. What You’ll Do You will play a crucial role in supporting the organization to achieve reliable business outcomes through streamlined processes and accountability systems. Your key responsibilities are to: Facilitate development and management of the function’s annual operating plan and conduct operational reviews to track progress against plan. Provide budget oversight, including routine financial analysis and reporting. Develop integrated timelines and executive presentations to support timely completion of key deliverables. Own portfolio management by driving project prioritization, resource allocation, and critical milestones. Monitor project health, execution status, and delivery performance for initiatives tied to business results. Who We’re Looking For Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and workflow tools). Proven ability to present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders. Demonstrated proactive problem‑solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and development. Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Project management experience preferred. Salary CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $92,000.00 - $211,000.00. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
