Responsibilities: • Your Role • Work with exclusive, high-intent leads —no cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting required. • Meet with clients virtually or by phone to assess their financial protection needs and recommend personalized life insurance solutions. • Educate clients on their coverage options and guide them through the application process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. • Follow a proven, easy-to-learn sales system while using company-provided technology and tools to efficiently manage your workflow. • Manage your own schedule, appointments, and pipeline, giving you the flexibility to work remotely and control your income potential. • Build lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service, timely follow-up, and ongoing support. • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development to strengthen your skills, achieve your goals, and grow your career in financial services. Qualifications: • What We're Looking For We're seeking motivated individuals who are ready to build a rewarding career while helping families protect their financial future.
