Travel RN - Med/Surg

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stroke/Telemetry Med/Surg position in Decatur, GA, requiring neuro experience and a GA or compact RN license in hand.

Job Details

• Position is located in a hospital stroke and telemetry unit (Med/Surg),
• 12-hour AM shifts,
• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license currently in hand,
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required,
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required,
• Neuro experience required,
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility - local candidates are not eligible for this position,

Additional Information

• Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required,
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not on or near a holiday, and a maximum of 3 days if on or near a holiday,
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract; consecutive holiday RTO days are generally not approved and must be spread out,
• Full SSN and DOB are required for consideration
