Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Develop and manage account plans and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and growing existing client relationships.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Nice to Have: - Experience with account management in a specific industry, such as technology or healthcare.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
