Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, recognizing the intricate dynamics between emotional and relational stressors. \n
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that promote understanding, healing, and conflict resolution among family members or within personal relationships. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing clear, measurable short-term and long-term therapy goals. \n
- Utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions and modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). \n
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation to comply with ethical standards and state regulations, utilizing our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system. \n
- Offer crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring that clients have immediate access to appropriate resources and support. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops to stay current with best practices in the mental health field. \n
Our patient population is diverse, including individuals and families from varied backgrounds experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, parenting stress, and trauma. - A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida is required. \n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
