We are seeking a compassionate and experienced CVOR RN who thrives in a collaborative surgical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional cardiovascular patient care. Join a collaborative surgical team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Shift: Days/ Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Position Highlights:

• Continuous investment in surgical equipment, instruments, devices, and patient positioning technology
• Leadership rounding with unit leaders and charge nurses to support workflow improvement and staff engagement

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Care CVOR RN experience required
• Active Florida RN license or approved compact RN license required
• Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation
• RN Diploma or Associate Degree required

Additional Information:

• Approximately 10–15 open-heart cases per month
• When no open-heart cases are scheduled, staff will assist in the general OR

Compensation & Additional Information:

• Salary Range: Up to $49.06/hr (based on years of experience)
• On-Call Pay: $4.00/hr
• If called in, employees receive time and a half based on hourly pay rate

Sign-On Bonus:

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Relocation Assistance available on a case-by-case basis
