We want a motivated Realtor who thrives on:

You will collaborate closely with builders, buyers, and our internal team to oversee projects from groundbreaking to closing-while developing scalable workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

• Represent multiple new construction communities from launch through sell-out
• Serve as the primary contact for builders, developers, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate lot releases, pricing, scheduling, and buyer communications
• Guide clients through the entire building process, including expectations, selections, and upgrades
• Manage model homes, lead site meetings, and conduct essential walkthroughs
• Partner with marketing to generate leads and convert prospects
• Assist in creating and improving systems to support division growth
• Take on leadership roles as the division expands, including mentoring team members

Who We're Looking For

• Licensed Realtor with proven success (experience in new construction preferred)
• Currently active and seeking a structured, scalable career path
• Excellent communicator skilled at juggling multiple deadlines and priorities

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the entire new build process, helping them understand the benefits and features of newly constructed properties.
• Coordinate with builders and developers to gather detailed information on new construction projects, ensuring clients have access to up-to-date information.
• Conduct property tours for potential buyers, emphasizing the unique aspects of new builds and providing insights into the construction process.
• Stay informed about market trends and emerging developments in the real estate industry to better assist clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the new construction journey.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing strategies for new construction listings, focusing on highlighting their unique features.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state of Idaho or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
