Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
DHD Consulting
Role Summary:
4M change management, customer VOC handling, and internal corrective action leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and operate 4M change management processes; perform final approval and risk reviews for engineering changes.
Receive, categorize, analyze, and drive corrective actions for customer complaints (VOC); issue final improvement reports to customers.
Lead customer quality audit responses and establish internal pre-response audit systems.
Operate and improve internal quality software systems (MES, SPC).
Manage quality inspector and quality engineer qualification certifications (training, testing, certification).
Work allocation, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluation for quality personnel.
Periodic quality reporting to executive management and perform other duties delegated by executive management.
Qualifications:
5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
Mandatory: Customer Service (CS) / Customer Quality handling experience.
Preferred Qualifications & Notes:
Proven expertise in 8D problem-solving methodologies.
Korean-English bilingual capability.
