A Team Member has the following primary responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and accurate guest service
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to all food safety standards
- Communicate clearly and effectively and enter orders into POS system
- Stand for up 6+ hrs. at a time
- Work with fryer equipment safely
- Complete opening and closing duties (such as stocking and cleaning)
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks
The ideal candidate:
- Will bring a positive attitude to work every day
- Has the ability to adapt, multitask and take feedback in a positive manner
- Sees experience in a fast-paced environment as a plus
- Can effectively work together in a small team with others
- Works well with minimal supervision
- Is dependable and has reliable transportation
