Logistics Supervisor

Job Description Immediate hiring Logistics Supervisor (Ecomm Warehouse) in Etna, OH for the Supply Chain Solutions division. Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid twice per month. Annual Salary Pay: $60,000 – $67,500 per year based on experience. Schedule: 1st Shift Monday‑Friday 7:30 am — 4:30 pm. Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes to meet company standards and customer service specifications. Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics. Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations. Meet regularly with team members collectively and individually to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel, and recognize successes. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering team spirit and seeking opportunities to improve internal processes. Conduct performance evaluations, recommend awards or merit increases when appropriate, and address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes. Understand the labor agreement and maintain positive labor relations with all employees. Implement health, safety, and security initiatives and ensure adherence to company rules and policies. Provide appropriate orientation and training for employees and Lead Hands. Perform other duties as assigned. One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred. 0 to 1 year direct supervisory or leadership experience required.
