About the Job Practice Physical Therapy the Way It Was Meant to Be - at Back On Track Physical Therapy Pleasanton Join our therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Pleasanton, CA, where quality care comes first. Our clinicians typically see 10-14 patients per day, with most sessions one-on-one. No double-booking marathons. No production pressure. Just time to think, treat, and build meaningful patient relationships. Why This Role Is Different:
- 10-14 patients per day.
- Mostly one-on-one treatment.
- 45-60 minute evaluations.
- Strong referral base and steady Pleasanton community caseload.
- Large modern facility with private treatment rooms.

- Skilled aides to support exercise progression.
- $52-$70 per hour (DOE).
