Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI

About the Position We are building a customer‑facing Agentic AI product that leverages large language models, agents, and internal APIs to deliver a seamless experience. As Lead, you will work with partners such as OpenAI to integrate our services into the ChatGPT app and pioneer new model capabilities. Reporting directly to the COO, you will drive one of our most critical growth levers in a flat organization with accelerated career growth. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end development of our AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap to rollout. Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guard rails—balancing latency, cost, and accuracy. Serve as the technical translator between engineering and the broader organization, establishing AI best practices and platform standards. Drive systematic improvement in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through rigorous experimentation. Work with partners at OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next‑generation voice models and workflow automation. Who You Are Technologist: Passion for AI; familiar with new model releases; built custom workflows. Systems thinker: Comfortable with API design and system architecture, translating complex concepts. Experimenter: Eager to explore new AI capabilities and iterate rapidly. Data‑driven: Proficient with SQL and data‑driven decision making. Pragmatic: Navigates technical trade‑offs and leads by example implementing platform standards. Ideal Experience 4+ years in a technical role such as forward‑deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast‑paced startup. Passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs, etc. Track record of turning complex, strategic ideas into scalable, production‑grade products. Pay and Compensation – The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, the compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
