Overview Manufacturing Engineer – Metal Manufacturing We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to help shape the future of our brand new Metal Manufacturing facility in the Dallas area. If you thrive on solving problems, improving processes, and bringing new products to life, this is your chance to make an impact in a growing plant environment. Responsibilities Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Support new product launches by developing tooling, fixtures, and clear work instructions. Partner with design and production teams to ensure products are built for manufacturability. Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to improve workflows and eliminate bottlenecks. Evaluate automation opportunities and support capital equipment projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (required). 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience, ideally in metal fabrication. Solid background in Lean Manufacturing and process optimization. Comfortable working with equipment, automation, and production troubleshooting. CAD skills or familiarity with simulation tools are a plus.
