Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN for our Med/Surg unit at Wesley Rehabilitation Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team focused on rehabilitation. You will engage in patient education and play a vital role in the rehabilitation care plan established by the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the rehabilitation care plan established by the interdisciplinary team
• Perform lab draws, administer IV medications and antibiotics as needed
• Monitor patient vitals and conduct head-to-toe assessments
• Change wound vac dressings when required

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
• BLS certification is required
• CRRN Certification preferred
• Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in a post-acute setting is a plus
• Telemetry patients experience with Airstrip telemetry competency is necessary
