Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care Job

Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse in Long Term Care, based in Lancaster, New Hampshire. This is a travel, temporary assignment starting on 09/01/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $992 to $1018, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift is evenings on a 5x8 schedule (local time approximately 14:30–23:00). Setting: LTC – Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration per facility policy
- Monitor residents’ health status, record vital signs, observe for changes, and report to the supervising RN
- Provide basic wound care and dressing changes as ordered
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers
- Maintain accurate care documentation and participate in care planning with the RN and interdisciplinary team

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to work evenings and thrive in a resident-centered, fast-paced LTC setting
- Eligible to work in the United States
