Job Description
Helping Hearts Senior Care is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be professional, comfortable using computers, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors.
- File, scan, copy, and organize documents.
- Enter information into computer systems.
- Assist with employee paperwork and personnel files.
- Provide administrative support to the staffing and onboarding departments.
- Maintain office supplies and keep the office organized.
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and staff.
- Assist with other office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous office or receptionist experience preferred.
- Basic computer and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
