Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, focusing on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall functional ability. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' physical conditions and establish appropriate therapy goals.
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  
  
• 
  Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
  
  
• 
  Document patient sessions accurately in compliance with facility protocols.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state or federal issued physical therapy license.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate clinical proficiency in orthopedic, neuro, or pediatric therapy.
  
  
• 
  Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR and first aid certifications.
  
  
• 
  Have at least one year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
