Resource Family Development Recruiter KS

We are seeking a Resource Family Recruiter to join our team. Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 (Annually) Your role will advance Cornerstones of Care's mission by cultivating a diverse and committed community of foster families. By building trusted relationships, sharing the story and impact of foster care, and supporting families through training and licensure, this role helps ensure children experience stability, connection, and trauma‑informed care in nurturing homes. What you will do Recruit new foster parents, including completing a monthly recruitment plan, scheduling advertising, attending recruitment events, and interviewing potential foster parents. May act as a consultant in matching intakes. Meet and maintain agency strategies and goals as outlined by the Director and Executive Director, ensuring that both program and individual goals and objectives are achieved within prescribed timeframes. Recruit foster family resources that meet or exceed the quality standards of the program to ensure that every child placed in a licensed foster home for 30 days or more has stability while in foster care. Schedule and meet with community partners to share all opportunities of foster care through Cornerstones of Care with an intentional focus on foster care. What you will bring Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of child welfare experience and the following: Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or other related fields preferred. Foster parent experience preferred. At least 21 years of age and pass a background check, physical, and drug screening. A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
