IT Asset Vendor Management Analyst

Job Ref #243029 Job Description This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 Only. No C2C eligibility for this position. Visa Sponsorship is Available! This role supports IT Asset Management by assisting analysts with technology Asset Management Governance, hardware/software orders, vendor management, and IT inquiries using tools like ServiceNow and Cherwell Express Metrix. Responsibilities include maintaining and validating hardware inventory and standards and software licensing compliance, building processes for SAM in ServiceNOW, managing software audits, coordinating vendor assessments, and contract renewals. Develops and assists in the creation of Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposal (RFPs), and Statement of Work (SOWs) under the guidelines and guidance of Corporate Purchasing and Contracts. The position also handles the full IT Hardware / Software Asset Management portfolio, asset repository updates, and NERC compliance. Additional duties involve data analysis and reporting across various IT systems and evaluating emerging technologies to recommend upgrades to senior management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree + 2 years of related work experience in IT Asset Management, IT Technical Support Role, Purchasing, Contracts, or Business Analyst. (If no bachelor's degree, 4 years of related work experience in the same fields.) Experience working with ServiceNow as an IT Asset Management Tool. Strong interpersonal/organizational skills: ability to meet deadlines, work in a team environment and follow written policies and procedures.
