Executive Account Manager @ AppleOne Employment Services | Medical Staffing Location: Fort Myers, FL 33966 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Compensation: $130,000 – $175,000 annually (DOE) plus benefits About AppleOne is partnering with a national commercial General Contractor with a strong Florida presence, including offices in Fort Myers. This organization delivers complex commercial projects across multiple sectors and is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join its growing Southwest Florida operations. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple commercial projects while working with a collaborative leadership team and established subcontractor base. What You Will Do Review and interpret construction documents, drawings, and contracts Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously from preconstruction through close‑out Prepare, write, negotiate, and award subcontract agreements Review and define subcontractor scopes of work Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes Assist with the estimating and preconstruction process Review, prepare, and negotiate change orders Track and manage submittals, RFIs, cost reports, and project documentation Maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and trade partners What You Will Need to Be Successful 5–8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, including retail, industrial, municipal/government, public, healthcare, and multifamily projects Proven experience managing multiple projects, typically valued from $5M to $20M Strong ability to lead projects from concept through completion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to perform material take‑offs and read/interprete construction drawings Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills Marketing and presentation capabilities preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (not required) Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Why This Opportunity Stable, well‑established GC with a strong Florida footprint Competitive compensation based on experience Long‑term career growth with a respected commercial builder Diverse project portfolio and collaborative team environment Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at AppleOne Employment Services by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr AppleOne Employment Services
