Job Purpose and Impact

The SSTNA Customer Service Specialist displays a strong customer ? centric mindset and independently manages strategic or advanced customer accounts. This role optimizes moderately complex to complex order and issue management, proactively identifies risk, and partners cross ? functionally to deliver a reliable and differentiated customer experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Independently manage end ? to ? end order processing for assigned customer accounts using order management tools
• Resolve moderately complex to complex order and issue management cases with limited supervision
• Proactively identify and mitigate order management risks through continuous improvement
• Communicate anticipated delays, constraints, or changes and provide timely alternatives to customers
• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, and other functions to resolve order exceptions and risks
• Serve as a customer subject ? matter expert (SME) for assigned accounts
• Conduct root ? cause analysis and support process improvements
• Coach or mentor less ? experienced CSRs as needed
• Escalate only the most complex issues appropriately while owning resolution
• Engage with customers and handle escalations for unclear order issues, resolving problems and identifying risks early.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of customer service or order management experience
• Experience navigating complex systems and tools with ease
• Experience in Customer service order and case management process and tools.
• SAP and Salesforce experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B customer-facing roles
• Supply chain experience
