• Location: Ocala, FL (Must be willing to travel between Ocala and Lady Lake locations as needed)
• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 / hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a mature, empathetic, and professional individual who excels at active listening and building genuine connections? We are seeking a dedicated Holistic Patient Intake & Wellness Coordinator to join a growing holistic medical practice specializing in hormone optimization, wellness, and sexual health.

In this role, you will work exclusively with warm, inbound leads —individuals who have actively requested information and are seeking real solutions to intimate health concerns. There is NO cold calling required .

What You’ll Do

• In-Depth Consultation Calls: Conduct thorough, compassionate phone consultations (ranging from 30 to 90 minutes) with inbound leads seeking information on hormone therapy and sexual wellness services.
• Sensitive & Professional Discovery: Gather detailed personal and medical history regarding sexual health and hormone imbalances with the utmost discretion, maturity, and respect.
• Resource & Solution Education: Guide prospective patients through the clinic’s holistic treatments and resources to help them make informed decisions about their health journey.
• Relationship Building & Follow-Up: Serve as a trusted point of contact via phone, text, and email, maintaining precise notes and follow-up tasks in our patient CRM system.
• Collaborative Support: Work closely with our clinical team to ensure a seamless transition from your initial phone consultation to their medical treatment plan. (Note: Optional upselling or recommending additional wellness services is helpful when beneficial to the patient, but strict sales pressure is not required).

What We’re Looking For

• Phone Comfort: Must be comfortable and energized by spending the majority of your day on the phone conducting extended, in-depth conversations (very little to no in-person contact).
• Maturity & Discretion: Exceptional maturity and professionalism required to comfortably and respectfully discuss sensitive, personal sexual health and hormone issues.
• Empathy & Active Listening: A true heart for helping people, paired with patience, compassion, and strong active-listening skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, phone systems, and digital records.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work or commute between the Ocala and Lady Lake practice locations if needed.
• Background: No prior medical, sales, or call center experience is required! We are primarily looking for the right personality—someone mature, articulate, dependable, and compassionate. (Experience in holistic health, customer service, counseling, or patient coordination is a plus).
