Industrial Maintenance TechnicianPay: $35-$38/hrSchedule: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | 2-2-3 RotationJob Summary

We're hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair high-speed production equipment in a large, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, belts, bearings, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Read schematics and assist with PLC and automation troubleshooting
• Complete equipment installations and repairs safely and efficiently
• Support facility maintenance as needed

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motors, and automation controls
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical degree or certifications preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Asheboro, NC.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
