This role combines leadership, technical maintenance, and project coordination to ensure safe, compliant, and fully functional facilities.Schedule:Full-Time, On-SiteFlexible work schedule and may require some weekend work to complete work ordersBenefits100% Company-Paid Medical Insurance PremiumsDental and Vision Insurance403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer MatchLong and Short-Term DisabilityPaid HolidaysSupportive, mission-driven team environmentEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and perform repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general systemsOversee preventive maintenance and safety programsManage budgets, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationshipsAssist with construction and remodeling projectsEnsure compliance with safety and health regulationsRespond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptlyPerform other related duties as requiredSupervisory ResponsibilityMaintenance TechniciansRequired QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or construction-related field (or equivalent experience)2–5 years of facilities maintenance experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience in healthcare, dental, or commercial facilities preferredPreferred QualificationsCertified Master Electrician and/or Certified HVAC TechnicianExperience coordinating with external vendors and contractorsFamiliarity with compliance and safety standards in healthcare environmentsPhysical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use the telephone, use hands and fingers; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
