School Bus Driver (Part Time)

NRT Bus, Inc. is hiring for Marlborough Public Schools. No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training. We're hiring now for a part time position with flexible schedule.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $34 - $35/hour
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
• Schedule: Part time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You'll Do:

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre trip and post trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Requirements:

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card —or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
