Key Responsibilities: Source Talent: Use job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to find qualified candidates. Screen Candidates: Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with account managers and sales teams to match hiring strategies with client needs. Promote Employer Brand: Highlight our culture, values, and benefits through recruitment efforts. Ensure Compliance: Follow all legal requirements and internal hiring policies. Manage Data: Keep accurate candidate records in the ATS and report on recruitment metrics. Build Talent Pipelines: Create and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future roles. Support Candidates: Be the main contact for candidate questions and updates during the hiring process. Meet Outreach Goals: Reach weekly targets for calls, emails, and candidate engagement.
