What will you do?

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 Walmart locations.
• Motivate teams to exceed sales targets and achieve key performance metrics.
• Model top-tier sales behaviours with a player-coach approach.
• Recruit, interview, and hire high-performing talent for each assigned store.
• Build store relationships with Walmart managers, Premium leadership, and store associates.
• Maintain a professional, energetic presence while driving engagement and results.

What experience should you have?

• 2+ years of sales experience with a record of exceeding goals.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Interest or familiarity in wireless products and services.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
