Part-Time Driver - Skilled Nursing Facility

North Lake Care Center, a leading provider of home health care, is seeking a reliable Part-Time Driver to join our team. As a Driver for our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our residents to their medical appointments and other destinations. Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, social events, and other destinations as needed

• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards

• Maintain accurate records of transportation services and resident schedules

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless coordination of transportation services

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet the individual needs of our residents

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address any transportation-related concerns or issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in healthcare transportation or a related field

• Ability to navigate through heavy traffic and construction zones

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift, push, or pull a wheelchair or other equipment as needed

• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

• Must be able to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
