Jewelry Sales Associate

Nederland Jewelers is looking for a Full‑Time OR Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate. We are looking for the right person that can effectively accommodate the customer in a cordial and respectful way. Responsibilities in this position requires retail sales of fine jewelry along with supplementary responsibilities pertaining to ordering, answering phones, and other day to day tasks. Customer Service is our main priority, working and accommodating the customer is key to this role. We are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Include: Generate sales while assuring that the customer is receiving adequate service. Some administrative duties such as ordering, appraising, and invoicing. Understanding of the industry (willing to teach a candidate that is willing to learn). Effectively communicate to the customer and other employees. Ensuring that customers are well taken care of from start to finish. Able to take in repairs and work with clients on creating custom pieces.
