About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of GTM Enablement to lead the development and implementation of a robust go-to-market enablement function. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the strategy, operating cadence, governance model, and success metrics for the enablement programs. This role involves building role-based enablement programs for sales, client experience, and related customer-facing teams, with a focus on onboarding, continuing education, certifications, and coaching routines. The VP will also be tasked with establishing a repeatable sales process and enablement framework, as well as partnering with various teams to translate strategy and product capabilities into practical field-ready programs. A key aspect of the role is the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance enablement content creation, personalization, and productivity across GTM teams. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in GTM enablement or a related function, with a proven track record of building or transforming enablement in a complex commercial environment. Strong AI fluency and the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer-facing value propositions are essential. The role requires executive-level communication skills, a hands-on builder mindset, and a strong data and measurement discipline. Experience in a private-equity-backed, high-accountability, or transformation-oriented business environment is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the CMO and GTM leadership team, with the ability to influence and earn credibility at all levels.
